We where given a comfort double room, it was functional and cosy. The location was absolutely perfect because it was close to Frankfurt, highway and Frankfurt airport😀

The property has a comfortable and unbeatable location, next to Offenbach centre, the city center, the fair and airport, and the main shopping street is located. There is café Carafe Coffee Roasters, set 400 metres walk away.

In the middle of a huge construction site, that will be for at least another three years, as I was told at the reception. The restaurant was also closed on Friday evening

The hotel is located in the middle of a construction site. It was hardly accessible by car. I had been there before and had always booked directly. I thought I had booked the club room with the business room, but I didn't! So also a negative point for you

We stayed in an executive king room, which came with tea and coffee supplies. It also had a coffee maker and a fridge, which were really convenient! ☕.

Very clean, very comfortable, extremely nice staff, incredible press-performance ratio! Can not recommend this hotel to anyone! From now on I will only book here in Offenbach!

the location is very good; you can do some things on foot. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Sauna area is very nicely arranged.

If you want to use the sauna area, the sauna package should be included.

It was a delight to relax in the comfortable lounge and enjoy the lovely ambiance. The hotel was also very accessible for senior people like myself. The staff was attentive and always ready to assist me with any needs I had, making my stay enjoyable and hassle-free.

I would have appreciated a better selection of activities specifically designed for senior guests. While the hotel provided great amenities and services, it lacked in terms of tailored entertainment or excursions suitable for older individuals.

The hotel was very well-appointed an the service was excellent.

Tthe dining room was not of the same quality as the hotel. .Flies were swarming around the coffee machine and the food was uncovered at the breakfast buffet. It was unappetizing and alarming. This needs to be corrected!!!!!! Urgently

The buffet breakfast was a highlight, and we appreciated the personalized service. The spacious and calm rooms made for a comfortable stay. Plus, the hotel's location near the local train station made it easy to explore Frankfurt. we highly recommend Best Western for a pleasant stay.

Connection to the public transport is super

Unfortunately there is currently construction work going on around it and it is very loud. The whole hotel is already a little aged and the rooms are quite small for the high price.
